Dylan kicked off his music journey eight years ago in Brisbane’s vibrant scene, dabbling in drums, guitar, and vocals. A high school fundraiser gave him the first push to write and perform his own songs, and that spark turned into a flame. Katanak is the result – a project that blends his musical journey with a clear creative vision.
🏆 What Are Your Proudest Achievements or Milestones?
2022’s regional Queensland tour was a defining moment. From playing new venues every weekend to improvising through last-minute challenges, it proved that Katanak could adapt, connect, and thrive in the live circuit. Every gig has been a learning curve – and a celebration.
💪 Have You Faced Any Challenges and How Did You Overcome Them?
Whether it was a closed venue on gig day or equipment no-shows, Katanak has seen it all. The secret? Adapt, improvise, and keep the show rolling. Every twist has strengthened Dylan’s resolve and performance chops.
