5)  What is the Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Most Products Have No MOQ - But larger orders are cheaper per unit!

We believe great ideas shouldn’t be limited by big order requirements.

  • 🛍️ Tip: the bigger the order, the lower the cost per item becomes and ordering more than one product type means you only pay shipping once!
  •  Many of our small goods have no MOQ at all
  • 🔢 If a product does have an MOQ, it usually starts at just 1 to 25 pieces
  • 🧵 MOQ can vary depending on product type, customization, and materials

8) What file formats are best to send you for product designs?

For the best quality to match your design .Ai or PNG files work best, but we also accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG.

Simply grab a pen and paper, sketch out your idea, and send it to us. It doesn’t need to be perfect! Our team will take your sketch and convert it into a polished, digital design.   • Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are preferred because they maintain the highest quality for resizing and color matching.
  • If using raster images, make sure they are at least 300 dpi to avoid any loss of quality in the final product.
  • Any additional design specifications, including bleed lines, safe zones, or similar requirements, are communicated directly to an account manager.
