Refund Policy

What do you do if something goes wrong or you get a faulty product?

Yourstuffmade runs on the basis of fairness and good communication when things rarely don't go to plan. In any situation we like to ask what the is the desired outcome you would like like to see happen. Depending on what is fair we can offer credit towards your next order, part/full re-order or a part/full refund.

We're extremely proud of the quality of the products that we produce here at Yourstuffmade and we want you to be too!

If however, you are not 100% happy with your goods, you have up to 30 days from the receipt of your delivery to contact us with a clear description of the problem.

Once you contact a member of our team, we will get back to you with further instructions. Please DO NOT return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the Yourstuffmade team.

We shall, at our option, repair or replace the defective product, or refund the price of the defective product in full.

We will happily replace goods that are...
a) damaged in transit;
b) the wrong product or part to that specified in your order;
c) the incorrect material/size to that specified or supplied in your order.

Where custom jobs have been completed on your request, we are unable to refund or replace goods if the problem is down to...
a) your design;
b) the materials that you have requested; or if
c) the end result didn't turn out as you hoped it would
