Guests may bring their own additional safety gear if preferred. All personal equipment is subject to factory expert approval to ensure it does not pose a safety risk or interfere with factory operations.

🧠 Factory Expert Guide

Your tour will be led by a factory expert who will:

• Walk you through the production process
• Explain materials, machinery, and workflows
• Answer questions in real time
• Provide context around quality standards and ethical practices

Tour Duration:

The guided factory tour runs approximately 2–3 hours, depending on factory activity and discussion time.

Process:

• Complete the booking form
  Share your details, preferred dates, and travel information.
• Review & sign the tour agreement
  A contract will be provided covering filming and photography rules, required documents based on your country of origin, cancellation terms, liability, and other important conditions.
• Submit the dietary concerns form
  Inform us of any allergies or special meal requirements.
• Receive schedule confirmation
  We’ll confirm whether your requested visit date and time are available before finalizing.
• Prepare travel documents & visas
  Guests are responsible for securing all required visas and entry documentation.
• Join the coordination group chat
  We’ll align on timing, transport, and on-the-ground logistics in one shared channel.
• Enjoy your guided factory tour

Conditions:

1. Airport Pickup & Drop Off:

• Airport pickup and drop-off are included within a 200 km (≈125 miles) driving radius of our factories in Hunan. 
• Locations outside this radius may incur additional transportation fees, which will be communicated and approved in advance.

2. Meals & Drinks:

• Meal coverage is approximately ¥100–¥150 RMB per person.
  
• Dietary restrictions are not assumed. Guests must complete our dietary restrictions form prior to the visit.
