8) What file formats are best to send you for product designs?

For the best quality to match your design .Ai or PNG files work best, but we also accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG.

Simply grab a pen and paper, sketch out your idea, and send it to us. It doesn’t need to be perfect! Our team will take your sketch and convert it into a polished, digital design. Ensure all colors are outlined, and all are specified clearly in PMS or CMYK depending on the product.
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) are preferred because they maintain the highest quality for resizing and color matching.
If using raster images, make sure they are at least 300 dpi to avoid any loss of quality in the final product.
Any additional design specifications, including bleed lines, safe zones, or similar requirements, are communicated directly to an account manager.
