Your Stuff Made ships custom products to customers around the world.

Because our products are usually custom-made, your timeline includes production time, quality checks, packing and delivery time.

Custom Product Shipping

Most orders through Your Stuff Made are custom-made and do not ship immediately after payment.

Your order may need to move through artwork review, proofing, sampling, material sourcing, production, quality control and packing before it is dispatched.

Production Times

Production timelines vary depending on product type, quantity, finish, artwork complexity, packaging, shipping method, supplier capacity and production requirements.

Any timeline provided is an estimate only unless we confirm a specific deadline in writing.

What Can Delay an Order

Production or shipping may be delayed if:

  • artwork files are missing, low quality or need changes;
  • proofs, samples or production details are not approved quickly;
  • the order changes after quoting or approval;
  • materials, packaging or special finishes require extra sourcing;
  • payment or balance payment is delayed;
  • factory, courier, customs, weather or public holiday delays occur;
  • events outside our reasonable control occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may depend on product type, order size, weight, destination, shipping speed, duties, taxes, packaging and courier availability.

For most custom orders, shipping is quoted as part of your project or confirmed before final payment.

DDP Shipping and Duties

Where available, we may offer DDP shipping, meaning Delivered Duties Paid. This can help reduce surprise customs charges by including import duties, taxes or tariffs upfront.

DDP availability depends on the destination country, courier, product type and order details.

If DDP is not available or not selected, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees charged by your country.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by destination, courier, customs, local delivery conditions, public holidays, weather and events outside our control.

We are not responsible for courier or customs delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will do our best to help where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please check your shipping address carefully before approving shipment.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, redelivery fees or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears lost, delayed or damaged, email hi@yourstuffmade.com with your order number and details.

If the order arrived damaged, please include photos of the packaging and products.

We may need to contact the courier, supplier or fulfilment partner before confirming next steps.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels, especially if they contain multiple product types, samples, packaging or items produced in different locations.

Authority to Leave

If you request authority to leave, unattended delivery, redirection or a safe-drop option, you accept the risk once the courier marks the parcel as delivered.

International Shipping

International delivery may be subject to customs inspection, import requirements, local fees or delivery restrictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their country.
