However there was a lot of hick-ups at the beginning when trying to finalize the design but eventually, all the issues were resolved and the team would really work out the issues with you until you are satisfied. I have some digital illustration experience, but I don't really know anything about pin production, so I wasn't sure how similar the end product would be to my drawing. The final pin ended up being almost identical to my illustration: even small details i thought wouldn't carry over. I am only giving them 4 out of 5 stars because I really wanted more glitter in the flowers of the design and I wanted the gold to be a bit more um...gold lol. To be fair though, the manufacturing team did warn me that the glitter may fall out of the boundaries of the flowers and into parts of the design that it was not supposed to. Therefore we chose the safer route. Regardless, the quality of the flowers, as well as the richness of the color, and the communication was nothing short of excellent.
