Welcome to Your Stuff Made. These Terms of Service apply when you use our website, request a quote, submit artwork, approve a proof, place a custom order, download a resource or use our services.
Your Stuff Made is operated by Yourstuffmade Pty Ltd. ABN: 25 645 589 804.
By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
What We Do
Your Stuff Made helps artists, creators, brands, events, agencies and businesses create custom products through ethical, made-to-order manufacturing.
Our services may include:
- custom product quoting;
- artwork review and design support;
- sampling and prototyping;
- custom product manufacturing;
- packaging and sourcing support;
- shipping, fulfilment and logistics coordination;
- digital templates, guides, calculators and resources.
Quotes
Custom product pricing depends on product type, quantity, size, material, finish, packaging, artwork complexity, sampling, shipping, duties, timeline and production requirements.
A quote is not final until confirmed by us in writing. We may revise a quote if your project details change or if supplier, material, shipping or production costs change before the order is confirmed.
Approvals
By approving a quote, invoice, proof, sample, artwork, mockup or production detail, you confirm that the information is correct and that we may proceed based on that approval.
You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, sizing, artwork placement, product options, quantities, shipping address and all other order details before approving.
Artwork, Files and Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of artwork, logos, files and designs you provide to us, subject to any rights owned by other parties.
By sending us artwork, files, designs, logos, characters, brand assets or reference images, you give us permission to use them for quoting, proofing, sampling, manufacturing, quality control, packaging, shipping and customer support.
You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, design, logo, trademark, character, image, brand asset or intellectual property you provide to us.
You agree not to submit content that infringes someone else’s rights, is unlawful, misleading, harmful, hateful, abusive or otherwise unsuitable for production.
We may refuse or cancel projects that we believe may infringe rights, break laws, create safety concerns or conflict with our values or production capabilities.
Mockups, Samples and Production Variations
Digital mockups, product photos, templates and screen previews are guides only. Final products may vary slightly due to screen settings, material batches, handmade processes, printing methods, plating, acrylic, fabric, embroidery, enamel fill, die lines, packaging, lighting or manufacturing tolerances.
Samples are useful for checking a design or product, but bulk production may still have small batch-to-batch variations.
Payments and Deposits
Orders must be paid according to the invoice, checkout or agreed payment terms.
For custom orders, we may require a deposit before work begins. The balance is usually required before shipping, dispatch or final delivery.
If payment is delayed, we may pause artwork, sourcing, production, dispatch or delivery. Delayed payment may affect your timeline.
Production Timelines
Production and shipping timelines are estimates only unless we confirm a specific deadline in writing.
Timelines may change due to artwork changes, late approvals, payment delays, material availability, supplier capacity, customs, courier delays, holidays or events outside our control.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are handled under our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping details or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations and deposits are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Custom Products are usually not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation, return or refund once artwork review, sourcing, proofing, sampling, material purchasing or production has started.
Digital Downloads and Templates
Free or paid templates, guides and digital downloads are provided to help you prepare custom product projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, copy, claim ownership of, or commercially exploit our templates, guides or digital resources without written permission.
Website Tools and Educational Content
Calculators, price estimators, carbon calculators, guides, templates, articles and educational content are provided as general information only.
They are not guarantees of pricing, emissions reduction, availability, production timing, final cost or suitability. Always request a written quote for your specific project.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Stuff Made is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages, including loss of sales, launch delays, event delays, missed deadlines, reputation damage, business interruption or third-party claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, shipping disruptions, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government action, platform outages, material shortages or factory disruptions.
Website Use
You agree to provide accurate information when using our website, requesting quotes or placing orders. You must not misuse our website, attempt to access systems without permission, upload malicious code or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
