Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations work for quotes, deposits, samples, custom product orders, digital resources and any future subscription or recurring purchase options offered by Your Stuff Made.
Custom Product Orders
Custom Products are made specifically for you based on your artwork, logo, quote, product choices, specifications, approved proof, sample or project brief.
Because of this, Custom Product orders usually cannot be cancelled once artwork review, sourcing, proofing, sampling, material purchasing or production has started.
If you need to cancel a custom order, email hi@yourstuffmade.com as soon as possible.
If work has not started, we may be able to cancel or refund the order. If work has started, cancellation may not be possible, or only a partial refund may be available.
Deposits
Deposits allow us to begin custom work, including artwork review, design setup, sourcing, proofing, sampling, supplier coordination, material purchasing or production planning.
Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started.
Samples
Sample orders may be cancelled only if production or preparation has not started. Once a sample is in progress, it is usually not cancellable because it is made specifically for your design or product request.
Pre-Orders or Pre-Production Projects
If we offer a pre-order or pre-production project, the cancellation terms will depend on the product and stage of production.
Pre-orders may be cancellable before production begins unless stated otherwise in the quote, invoice or product information. Once sourcing, production or fulfilment has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Digital Products, Guides and Templates
Digital products, downloads, templates and free resources are usually delivered automatically or shortly after request.
Once delivered, they cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless required by law.
Subscriptions or Recurring Purchase Options
If Your Stuff Made offers subscriptions, memberships or recurring purchase options in the future, you may cancel according to the terms shown at checkout or in your account.
Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically refund past payments, fulfilled orders, custom work already started or products already shipped.
How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, email hi@yourstuffmade.com with:
- your name;
- order number, invoice number or quote reference;
- reason for cancellation;
- whether the order is a quote, deposit, sample, custom order, pre-order or digital resource.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
