  • Airport pickup and drop-off are included within a 200 km (≈125 miles) driving radius of our factories. 
  • Locations outside this radius may incur additional transportation fees, which will be communicated and approved in advance.

2. Meals & Drinks:

  • Meal coverage is approximately $25 USD per person.
  • Dietary restrictions are not assumed. Guests must complete our dietary restrictions form prior to the visit.

The cost per person decreases for larger groups, as transportation and coordination expenses are distributed across attendees.

All guests must be registered in advance for safety and factory compliance approval.

3. Is hotel accommodation included?

Hotel accommodation is not included by default, but you may add it as an optional add-on during booking.
