Artwork Setup Basics
For the best result, send the cleanest artwork file available. Our team can help review your files before production.
🧩 Vector files are best
.AI, .EPS and editable .PDF files are preferred because they keep artwork sharp when resized.
✍️ Outline text
Outline all text so fonts do not change when your artwork is opened for production.
🌈 Confirm colours
Specify PMS or CMYK colours depending on the product and production method.
🖼️ Use 300 DPI images
If using raster artwork, send high-resolution PNG or image files at 300 DPI where possible.
✂️ Add production notes
Share bleed lines, safe zones, cut lines, sizing requests or special finish notes with your account manager.

Pick the product type, size range and colour format that best matches your project.
2. Prepare your files
Send vector files where possible, or high-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI.
3. Add design notes
Include colours, sizing, placement, safe zones, finishes, packaging and delivery requirements.

What is the best file type for custom products?
Vector files such as .AI, .EPS and editable .PDF are preferred because they stay sharp when resized and are easier to prepare for production.
Can I use a PNG file?
Yes, high-resolution PNG files can work for many products. For best results, send PNG files at 300 DPI or higher.
Should I use PMS or CMYK colours?
