1. How much does the factory tour cost?

Tour pricing depends on:

  • Optional add-ons (such as hotel accommodation)

2. Can I bring additional guests?

Yes. You are welcome to bring additional guests.

The cost per person decreases for larger groups, as transportation and coordination expenses are distributed across attendees.

All guests must be registered in advance for safety and factory compliance approval.

3. Is hotel accommodation included?

Hotel accommodation is not included by default, but you may add it as an optional add-on during booking.

Available hotel tiers:

  • 2-star
  • 3-star
  • 4-star
  • 5-star

Once your tour date is confirmed, you may select your preferred hotel tier and number of guests before invoicing.

4. Is airport pickup included?

Yes, airport pickup and drop-off are included within a 200 km (≈125 mile) driving radius of our factories.

Locations outside this radius may incur additional transportation fees, which will always be communicated in advance.

5. How long is the tour?

The guided factory tour runs approximately 2–3 hours, depending on factory activity and questions during the visit.

6. What’s included in the tour?

  • Airport pickup & drop-off (within approved radius)
  • Meals & drinks on the tour day
  • Required factory safety gear (vest, mask if required)
  • Guided walkthrough with a factory expert

7. Can I film or take photos inside the factory?

Filming and photography are subject to factory approval.

Specific rules regarding:

  • Video recording
  • Photography
  • Social media usage
  • Commercial use of footage

8. What documents or visas do I need?

Guests are responsible for securing:

  • Valid passport
  • Appropriate visa for entry into China
  • Any required travel documentation based on country of origin

Document requirements may vary depending on where you are traveling from. Details are outlined in the contract, but we recommend confirming visa requirements with your local Chinese consulate.

9. What meals are provided?

Meals are provided during the tour day. This includes standard local cuisine and drinks.

10. What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

All dietary restrictions must be submitted in advance through our required dietary form.

While we will coordinate with local restaurants, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen environment due to local preparation practices.

11. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are outlined in the tour contract.

Generally:

  • Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial or full refund depending on whether transport, reservations, or coordination costs have already been arranged.
  • Late cancellations may not be refundable due to operational scheduling and pre-arranged logistics.

12. Is this tour suitable for children?

Factory environments are active industrial spaces. For safety reasons, the tour is generally recommended for adults.
